Electrostatic technology

The TSBJet Electrostatic Spraying Technology was developed based on the needs of farmers for reliable, efficient and fail-safe equipment.

It has a unique technology, which ensures the perfect operation of the ionizer during all phases of operation, under any condition of humidity, even under rain and with product accumulation.

The equipment is provided for easy installation and ensures perfect operation in both horizontal drag bar sprayers, coupled or self-propelled and in air-assisted sprayers in their various variants.

In addition to allowing the use of commercial spray nozzles (does not require special nozzle), which facilitates the acquisition of spare parts, TSB Jet is the only equipment that operates in extreme operating conditions, not collapsing when exposed to water and product deposition, unlike the competition.

Electrostatics in agriculture

When leaving the spray nozzle and passing through the induction ring each drop of the spray (syrup) acquires an electrical charge. This load is small, but produces an incredible force of attraction between the drop and any surface. This force is so great that the drop comes to reverse its fall and rise against gravity when it passes near an object. In practice, a particle that is passing through the plant can alter its trajectory by adhering to a covert, non-apparent surface, such as the bottom or back of a leaf. In this way we can observe an incredible phenomenon: by spraying a target through the front, the spray manages to wrap the entire object, including its back, which would be simply impossible in a conventional spray.

Tecnologia Sul Brasileira – TSB, was founded in 2009 with the objective of developing solutions for the mechanical metal industry and agribusiness.
